Shipping, Pickup & Payment Policy
Delivery within Germany
House of MIRCHI offers parcel shipping within Germany, local delivery to eligible addresses in the Magdeburg area, and free pickup outside the store.
Enter your address at checkout to see the services available for your order. We currently do not offer international shipping.

The €40 free-delivery threshold is based on the product value, including VAT and after discounts. Delivery charges do not count towards this amount.
Free standard shipping does not include express shipping. Express shipping costs €9.99 regardless of whether your order qualifies for free standard shipping.
All prices and delivery charges include applicable VAT. Your selected delivery charge and final total are displayed before you submit your order.
Standard parcel shipping
For available products, standard delivery within Germany takes 2–3 working days after payment confirmation, unless a different timeframe is stated for a product or at checkout.
This timeframe includes preparing your order and transporting it to your address.
For parcel-shipping estimates, working days mean Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays at our dispatch location. Saturday delivery may be available through the carrier but is not guaranteed.
Express shipping
Express delivery takes 1–2 working days after payment confirmation and costs €9.99.
Select Express shipping at checkout when it is available for your address and order. The timeframe includes preparation and transport. Orders received on a non-working day begin processing on the next working day.
Please contact us before ordering if you need your goods for a particular event or deadline.
DHL and DPD
Our parcel delivery partners are DHL and DPD. Your shipping confirmation will identify the carrier handling your parcel and include tracking details when available.
Use the tracking link to check your shipment’s progress. If an unexpected delay affects your order, please contact us so we can help investigate.
Local delivery in the Magdeburg area
Local delivery is available only for addresses within our supported delivery area. Enter your complete address at checkout to check eligibility.
- Orders below €40: €5.00 local-delivery charge.
- Orders of €40 or more: free local delivery.
- Delivery time: within 24 hours of placing your order.
Please provide a correct address, a reachable telephone number and any useful access instructions, such as the name on the doorbell or building entrance details.
If you will be unavailable, contact us promptly to discuss the delivery arrangements. Please do not assume that goods will be left unattended without an agreed arrangement.
Free pickup outside our premises
Collect your order free of charge outside our premises by selecting Pickup in store at checkout. This checkout option refers to collection outside the address below.

Orders placed by 7:30 PM on a pickup opening day can be collected the same day after you receive your “Ready for pickup” email. Orders placed after 7:30 PM will be prepared for the next pickup opening day.
Please wait for that email before visiting. Bring your order confirmation or order number and follow the collection instructions included in the notification.

Please wait for your “Ready for pickup” email before visiting. Bring your order confirmation or order number. If someone collects on your behalf, give them the order number and the name used for the purchase.
If you cannot collect before closing, contact us to arrange collection on another opening day.
Address corrections and order changes
Please check your address, contact details, products and selected delivery method before completing checkout.
If you need to correct something after ordering, email info@mirchihouse.com as soon as possible and include your order number. We will check whether the change can still be made.
Changes may no longer be possible once preparation or dispatch has progressed. We will explain the available options.
Delivery problems
If your parcel is delayed, check the carrier’s tracking information first. If the parcel is marked as delivered, check any recorded safe place, neighbour or parcel-shop information.
If you still cannot locate it, or an item arrives damaged, incorrect or missing, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.
Photographs of the goods, outer packaging and parcel label can help us investigate. Please retain the packaging where reasonably possible while we review the matter. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Payment methods
The payment methods available for your purchase are displayed at checkout. Depending on the options enabled for your order, these may include:

Availability can depend on your device, order value, location and the payment provider’s eligibility checks.
If you choose instalments or payment after delivery, the relevant provider’s terms and approval requirements apply. Review those conditions before confirming your payment.
We process orders after successful payment confirmation, except where an expressly available payment method provides for a different payment arrangement.
Prices and invoices
All prices are stated in euros and include applicable VAT. Any delivery charge is shown separately before you place your order.
Your invoice is sent separately by email through our invoicing system. It may arrive at a different time from your order confirmation, pickup notification or shipping email.
If you cannot find your invoice, check your spam folder or contact us with your order number.
Cancellation, returns and refunds
Please refer to our cancellation information and Refund Policy for the applicable procedures and conditions.
Nothing in this shipping and payment policy restricts your statutory consumer rights.
